What happens if I go over the limit for a plan?

We'll contact you and arrange to upgrade to a different plan, or add on some extra capacity in a specific area.

Does the email I recieve count towards the storage limits?

No. Each mailbox gets 7GB of storage space. Individual email attachments are limited to 20MB.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No! This is a month by month pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel at any time; we'll simply stop billing you, and shut down your account at the end of the (paid up) month.

How does payment work?

After you have signed up, we'll contact you to complete the registration process (domain name & email addresses), and setup payment via Paypal subscription.
